Busy

I have been very busy with school these last couple weeks and will continue to be busy so I don't know how often I will make it on here to blog. I hope to connect every once in a while though, when I find the time. School has been going well but is a little different this year as I am doing some online courses which I am really liking.

Summer: Horses and The Cabin

Our cousin in Sicamous has been taking horseback riding lessons and we had the opportunity to go on a short ride through the woods. It was awesome. I love horses. Here are some photos:

It was great fun and I want to ride more often.
Then we went to the Cabin. The Cabin is one of my favorite places on earth. I love going there and doing lots of things that we don't get to do at home.

Slingshot
and riflery
Even Sarah got to do it

A tarp became a slip'n'slide

It hailed while we were there!

Summer: Vandenberg Family Reunion and Three Valley Gap

We went to a family reunion for my Great-Great Grandparent's descendants in Sicamous. We all had a great time meeting many relatives that we never even knew of. Here are some great pictures from the trip:

There was a nice river a short walk from the hall where we all met.

We did sack races.
Swam in the very cold river.

The walk back to the .....
 hall

A nice dinner all together

We also had a water balloon fight
Swimming in the lake

It was a great time and I made a lot of new friends.
The next day we went to Three Valley Gap and spent the day at the museum there. Here are some photos of that:

Good Advice

Some birds made their home in the museum

We walked through several train cars and other vehicles

It was a great museum. We had a lot of fun going through it.
